INTEREPO, “EU Integrated Reporting: Linking Finance, Sustainability and Governance”, is included in the European Commission’s published list of Jean Monnet higher education projects proposed for funding in 2026. The Sumy National Agrarian University proposal scored 91 out of 100 in the expert evaluation.
The 2026 list includes 327 higher education projects from across the world: 211 Jean Monnet Modules, 72 Chairs and 44 Centres of Excellence. Forty projects are based in Ukraine, including three Modules submitted by Sumy National Agrarian University. INTEREPO is one of them.
Proposals were assessed against four criteria: relevance, project design and implementation, team and cooperation, and expected impact. Each criterion carried up to 25 points. To pass the evaluation, a proposal needed at least 70 points overall and had to meet the minimum score for each criterion.
INTEREPO scored 91 points. Its strongest result was 24.5 out of 25 for project design and implementation. Evaluators praised its methodology, coherent work programme, and approach to monitoring results. Their overall assessment also recognised the project’s clear links to EU policies and specific legal instruments.
The project addresses a practical challenge: financial figures, sustainability disclosures and governance information need to be understood together. INTEREPO will bring this approach into Master’s courses, bilingual online learning, research and discussions with practitioners. Learners will examine EU sustainability reporting approaches and work through examples of their use.
The INTEREPO grant agreement has now been signed. The three-year project will start on 1 October 2026. This website will share course opportunities and updates from the project team.
