Керівник проєкту EUFOR Роман Ярощук взяв участь у вебінарі для команд переможців і виконавців проєктів у сфері вищої освіти «Особливості впровадження, синергія і взаємодія з іншими проєктами та ініціативами в умовах воєнного стану в Україні», проведеному в межах ErasmusDays 2026.
Під час заходу Роман Ярощук представив проєкт EUFOR – “EU Green Deal Forestry for Ukraine: EU Forest Strategy, Nature Restoration, and Post-War Land Recovery”, що реалізується Сумським національним аграрним університетом у межах програми Erasmus+ Jean Monnet. Проєкт № 101320687 спрямований на інтеграцію політик ЄС у сфері лісів, біорізноманіття та відновлення природи у вищу освіту, прикладні дослідження та суспільний діалог в Україні. У презентації було окреслено ключові напрями та очікувані результати EUFOR: розроблення двох освітніх курсів, присвячених імплементації Лісової стратегії ЄС та ренатуралізації деградованих територій; проведення професійного тренінгу і літньої школи; виконання прикладних досліджень; підготовку наукових публікацій; розвиток двомовної цифрової платформи та відкритих освітніх ресурсів. Загальний обсяг освітньої, дослідницької та інформаційно-просвітницької діяльності проєкту становитиме 350 годин протягом трьох років. EUFOR_Grant Agreement UA
Окрему увагу було приділено практичній спрямованості EUFOR. Проєкт трансформує європейські підходи до сталого управління лісами, відновлення природи та біорізноманіття у знання й інструменти, актуальні для повоєнного відновлення українських лісів і земель. Діяльність EUFOR пов’язана з Європейським зеленим курсом, Стратегією ЄС з біорізноманіття та Лісовою стратегією ЄС до 2030 року. EUFOR_Grant Agreement UA
Участь в ErasmusDays 2026 стала важливим майданчиком для представлення EUFOR професійній спільноті, обміну досвідом з командами інших європейських проєктів та пошуку можливостей для подальшої взаємодії. Для команди EUFOR така співпраця є частиною ширшого завдання проєкту: посилювати діалог між університетами, фахівцями, органами влади та іншими зацікавленими сторонами й підтримувати використання екологічних стандартів ЄС у відновленні та європейській інтеграції України. EUFOR Project Coordinator Roman Yaroshchuk took part in a webinar for teams implementing higher education projects, held as part of ErasmusDays 2026. The event focused on project implementation, synergies and cooperation with other projects and initiatives under wartime conditions in Ukraine.
During the webinar, Roman Yaroshchuk presented EUFOR – “EU Green Deal Forestry for Ukraine: EU Forest Strategy, Nature Restoration, and Post-War Land Recovery”, implemented by Sumy National Agrarian University under Erasmus+ Jean Monnet. The presentation covered EUFOR’s main activities and expected results: two new courses on the implementation of the EU Forest Strategy and the renaturalisation of degraded areas; professional training and a summer school; applied research and academic publications; and the development of a bilingual digital platform and open educational resources. A key focus was the practical contribution of EUFOR to Ukraine’s recovery. The project translates European approaches to sustainable forest management, nature restoration and biodiversity into knowledge and practical tools for the post-war recovery of Ukrainian forests and land. Its activities are closely linked to the European Green Deal, the EU Biodiversity Strategy and the EU Forest Strategy for 2030. EUFOR_Grant Agreement UA
Participation in ErasmusDays 2026 provided an opportunity to present EUFOR to the wider professional community, exchange experience with other European project teams and identify areas for further cooperation. Such interaction supports a wider EUFOR objective: strengthening dialogue between academia, professionals, public authorities and other stakeholders while promoting EU environmental standards as a reference point for Ukraine’s recovery and European integration.
